Everything. The appointment was kept right on time as scheduled. The serviceman was polite. Introduced himself to us. Went straight to preparation. Did a fabulous job clean the rugs and chair? I am very pleased with the results. All was dry in about 12 hours. Pleasant smell when cleaning and no odor when dry. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. I liked being able to make the appointment online, got the courtesy call the day before the appointment and liked the serviceman call when 20 minutes before arrival. Zero Rez (the cleaners) are always FANTASTIC! (The scheduling system, call center, etc.--- not so much). Our most recent cleaner was the best we've ever had.
