Zerorez always does a good job of cleaning my carpets. I've used them regularly twice a year. On time, professional, courteous service. My only complaint is the upcharging. $60 more for steps, additional costs for a throw rug, added costs to a larger size room. Plan on the price being 30 - 50% more than expected. I understand some added cost but it's getting out of hand.
