The technician was extremely courteous and professional and worked diligently. The majority of my carpet was slightly over a year and was in good condition, but one room was much older and had some pet stains. The technician worked to get that particular room looking and smelling as fresh as the other rooms. That said, however, the cost of the job seemed quite high.

When my charges were $80 more than I was quoted for something I specifically mentioned when I set up the appointment, I actually received a reimbursement check for $80. I was very impressed by that. Also, the technician was very personable, and the carpet appears to be very clean.

I had an initial issue with my service and they called me and worked with me to make it right. That is responsive and I really appreciated that.

My technician did a wonderful job of getting the carpets clean and going the extra steps of pre-treating spots and stains. I would definitely recommend your company to my friends.
