Vance was great and did a wonderful job.

I was very happy with the job Vance did in my home. I have 2 large dogs, a toddler and light colored couches. He did a fantastic job making my furniture and rugs look like new. He took his time and didn’t try to sell me on more than I could afford.

The tech, Vance, was straightforward with the pricing for the services he provided and the skill with which he cleaned our dirty carpets and upholstery. He was on time to start the job and done in a timely manner (8:30 am until 11:00 am).

Our service person was excellent and explained every detail of the billing.

Lance was a very courteous and professional young man. He provided explanations of all additional options open to us. The corners of our walls were protected while he completed the cleaning of our carpets thoroughly and efficiently. Afterwards our carpets looked better than we could have hoped for. We would gladly recommend your services!

We had a great experience with Zeroez. Randy was our technician and we thought he did a very thorough job and the carpets look great. He said they would take 8-24 hours to dry and it was a bit longer but really no big deal.

My only complaint is that the phone estimate for the job was not accurate as they didn't account for upfront charges they should have known about but certainly not Randy's fault. And to be transparent, the estimate was not off by a huge amount but just a bit irritating as work estimates should be accurate.

Worker was professional and explained what was necessary to clean the carpets with dogs. He came on time and did a thorough job. Carpets now dry and there is no residue feel
