Seth was excellent, and our 10 y/o white carpets look brand new! Seth called 30 minutes prior to arrival and arrived on-time. He was friendly, courteous, professional, thorough, and very helpful. He was in and out in just over an hour. Let me tell you..our carpets are white and were in really bad shape. Just kidding, they were actually a disaster. Almost beyond salvageable. We have three kids. Enough said. Every bad stain we thought would be an issue is gone. It’s honestly miraculous how beautiful, fresh, and clean our carpets look. Great people and excellent results

I had carpets cleaned and had scheduled duct cleaning. When the duct guys got here, they advised me that I didn’t really need the service yet (our house is 3 yrs old). I decided to do the dryer vent cleaning and the hospital grade bactericide treatment for now. They were very polite and professional, not pushy. I liked how they coordinated both visits since there were 2 separate crews. Also I was really surprised at how fast they were, I was anticipating a long afternoon, but they were done in maybe 2 hrs. I am happy with the results, will be using them again next spring to complete my duct cleaning.
