My name is Jim Roberts and today is November 22. We had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez today. Lance our technician arrived on time and was very very professional when explaining all of the options and what was to take place during the cleaning today. Lance did a terrific job and should be recognized for his superior customer service and his abilities demonstrated while working at our home today. Zerorez is very fortunate to have an employee such as Lance. He is truly dedicated to the customer's satisfaction and is a great employee. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would like to rate my service today as an 11. We will certainly recommend Zerorez and Lance in particular to our friends and neighbors.

We heard about this company from a friend, Who was very satisfied with them. Kevin did a great job on both bathrooms tile floors cleaning them. He also cleaned the carpets, And they looked like they were new. No oder and carpets dried very quickly. Donna cleaned the wooden floors with a machine that wasn't much larger than our vacuum. But she got our floors to really shine. Her machine got up pet hair from the floors, That someone other than us had in the house. We have lived in the home for 7 years, Without any pet. The dirt she brought up from the floors was amazing. My wife cleans the floors 2-3 a week and more often in the winter. Our floors looked very clean, But I don't have a floor cleaning machine like Zeroez. We have our carpets and wood floors cleaned by other companies, But not to this level of cleanness., Both Kevin and Donna were very professional. The machine Donna uses is a new type of floor cleaner that no other company we used had They have a neat touch of having the last name of a Steeler that is in the Hall Of Fame painted on their trucks. I thank my friend for recommending the company. We are 100% satisfied . .

Zerorez did a good job on cleaning my ductwork. The techs were very good at their job. I wish the person who scheduled my cleaning would have advised us to cover furniture, tv's, etc, because of the amount of dust the process created. Also, I never receiver my camera video of the duct work before and after. All in all I would have Zerorez repeat the service and recommend them

The rug cleaning was perfect. There were no stains however from the light traffic the carpet received. Even with frequent vacuum treatment it still lost it's brightness and freshness. These were restored by Zerorez more than any cleaning company previously contracted.

The duct cleaning was done in a professional manor paying special respect to our property and using shoe covers.They checked and vacuumed where they had worked removing any dirt. I would definitely want these men back when this same work will be done in the future.The whole house feels and smells very much fresher.

I had called and requested why they brought a shop vac on steroids on the first visit to clean the duct work of a house this size and was told this is their standard method. I was not happy with this response since the vacuum truck was sent to do a member of our family's house and the 2 homes of our friends earlier this year. I requested that they send the truck vac to put a much much more powerful vacuum on the duct work. This was a very noticeable improvement in the draw at the far end of the house on the second floor while the truck was connected at each the supply and return trunk lines.I have learned to specify the vac truck and removing the registers which was done on their first trip with the portable.
These men did excellent work and I would want them again, strive to keep good men.
The vac truck did make a difference by supplying 50 to 75% more vacuum in the system.
The portable supplied less draw than the heating system itself, not counting the increased volume in the cooling mode..I highly suggest that the person who makes these decisions to go in the field on trips with each type of equipment as it is evident that they need hands on experience.
