You could see, smell and feel the difference almost immediately in the carpet after the service was performed. Also the service technician, Lance, was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of the service he was providing. We were very happy with our service.

Thorough cleaning. Helped remove tough stains

Dave was prompt friendly and got the job done quickly. I hope the job looks as good a week from now as it did today. No one called 2 days prior to the appointment to let me know the time window. I had to call to check the schedule time myself on Saturday.

First and foremost, the best carpet cleaning company I have ever had. Beyond efficient but also worked with me for what I needed and in my budget. (Which Randy completely understood). My carpets are clean and void of the stains that I never thought would come out. They look brand new after three years of wear and tear from a toddler and three cats (and people that don’t understand removing their shoes when entering a home). I will forever use this company and definitely more often! Not only on time but they stayed in contact with me throughout the days leading to the scheduled appointment and even the day of.

You were quick to get us on the schedule, quick to complete the job, your scheduler and the technician were not pushy with services but let us know what their was to offer.

I love zerorez, typically wash our carpets once to twice a year. The employees are always amazing and they always do a great job. Our carpets were crunchy this time though, not sure if zerorez started using a different product to clean the carpets.
