I liked how easy it was from start to finish. I love places that have online booking and confirmation process. The gentleman that came to do our carpets came right at 8:00AM and was very kind as we were still scrambling to get things together. He was very nice and explained all of the pricing and recommendations for cleaning treatments. We had him do our dining room, bedroom, landing, and stairs and he completed everything within an hour. Everything looked great when we came home. Another bonus was there wasn't a chemical smell or strong odor when we came back home!

We had our basement carpet cleaned by Zerorez. The carpet was quite dirty including paint stains. Zerorez did a great job cleaning the carpet and even fading some of the paint stains that we did not expect to be removed at all. They were very professional and provided us with their assessment of the carpet condition before initiating the cleaning process. They were thorough in their work. Would definititely recommend them for carpet cleaning next time.
The smell is amazing
Both air duct cleaning techs were very informative and friendly, explaining each step of the process thoroughly, which made me feel at ease and happy with the service. The carpet cleaning results exceeded my expectations and the cleaner was also very friendly and efficient. We had just moved into our new home and the carpet cleaner was willing to successfully work through and around our scattered belongings.
