2) I love the fresh citrus smell when my carpets are done.
3) The cost is very reasonable when I take advantage of special deals via email.
4) Every tech has been exemplary in friendliness, knowledge and professional demeanor.
I would especially like to compliment Donna who was here this week. I issued a friendly
challenge that I would not see as dramatic a difference in my carpet as the first time I had
it cleaned. She won the challenge! The area in front of my favorite chair looks brand new, as
