We had our carpets cleaned the day before thanksgiving. The technition ( sorry I think his name was Tyler he did introduce himself) did a fantastic job. Very professional and quick but thorough. The entire process was so simple and easy to schedule! The Zerorez employees arrived on time, were so polite/courteous when working in our home and they fully explained everything we needed to know about the drying process.
