Dave was very friendly and professional, explaining the entire process before he began. He set to work, going over the entire carpet surface, and ensured the cleaning was to our satisfaction.

I like the fact that there was no "treatment" residue left on the carpet. David did a thorough job of removing the pet spots and the carpet dried in no time. He did a free sample treatment on my kitchen tile and I was so pleased with the result that I am having him come back out to do the entire floor.

The service was easy to schedule and it didn't take very long to have our carpet cleaned and the results are amazing! I have 2 infants and I'm happy there are no harsh chemicals to be concerned about.
