When the man came out to clean my are duct he was a nice man but he did not know what he was doing he did not seal up the vents and I had so much dirt that I had to call and have a man come out to clean to my rugs and for the man who came was very Reliant and he came very soon after I called I really think your company really tried to take care of my problem I will recommend your company because you were so soon to take care of my problem thank you very much or your help

Job was well done and the rugs look great.

Loved the technician and the job that was done. I did feel that I was getting a special then got upcharged excessively (not the technician's fault) . What I thought would cost no more than $150/$200 cost me $359. I felt the deodorizing charge was beyond excessive for two spots that were right next to each other and small in size. If I use another company in the future it is because I felt excessively overcharged.
