The technician was prompt (early even, and texted 15 minutes out from arrival), and did a thorough walk through of the spaces I wanted cleaned. He talked through the charges, and then provided me a full line by line estimate via text, which I approved prior to his starting the process. I went to my home office to work, and he got to work. It was very quiet, and he texted me again when he was finished. We did another walk through to review the spaces, and he pointed out one old stain that was he was unable to remove entirely, but, I knew that was a very old stain. He provided the full line by line invoice again, and I put in my payment information, signed, and we were done. It was all done within 2 hours, and looks wonderful.

They took the stains out and smelled great!
