This is the third time I have used Zerorez. My serviceman was very nice, polite and practiced safety precautions. I appreciated that as I am immunodeficient and my husband is undergoing chemotherapy. The service was quick and thorough. He removed all the stains. Thank you. I will be using this service again on my rental units.

Zerorez is a hero not a zero! An honest and straighforward company, did everything they promised with no pricing surprises. Customer service was on point, very knowledgeable & helpful staff. The very friendly gentlemen that cleaned our rugs did a fantastic job. Looks like new
rugs again. There were some spots with bad stains, but they cleaned up really nice.

The only thing I noticed was that he did not wear those pull on shoe protectors when he
was done cleaning the carpet and walking on them. Just was curious.

He was also advising about other procedures that Zerorez does such as couch and chair
cleaning. We will be calling later on this year to get the living room sofa and chair cleaned
and our hardwood kitchen floor.

Please send an itemized email breaking down of the cleaning. When I tried to retrieve it
from my e-mail, it wouldn't show.

Your Technician Mariah did a fantastic job. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional when she explained the process of cleaning our carpets. Before getting started she went over everything that she was going to do and asked me if this way correct with the order.
Mariah asked me if I wanted the antibacterial treatment on the carpets and explained how much
extra it would cost. She then gave me a total price for the whole job before she got started. When she was finished with our carpets they looked brand new. When my wife came home she was also very pleased. The first thing she said was, "Wow." -Very Highly Recommended Company. 5 Stars. A+++++. High-Quality Performance. I will highly recommend Zerorez to anyone.

Zerorez scheduled quickly and arrived promptly to clean the carpets of a home I was getting ready to sell. Isaiah was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Zerorez.

The technician who performed the service! Tyler was the best. He was thorough, efficient and respectful and went above and beyond to help me.

The service was very good from appointment to completion. I moved furniture the day before to make it easier for cleaning, went to porch to read and serviceman did the rest. When he was done I had only a few things to put back the next day. My carpets and furniture looks and smells so clean
