I was very pleased with the services your Company provided. Brandon was on time, very professional and did a great job cleaning my carpets and love seat. He answered my questions and had a lot of patience. He spent extra time on the worn spot on my carpet and in cleaning the love seat. I also love the fact that you do not use any chemicals, and everything came out clean fresh smelling! I would definitely use your services again and would highly recommend you to anyone!

My carpets looked great and my house smelled fresh and like citrus for a week. Jesse, the technician got stains out that I thought would never come out. And I liked that you can book everything on line.

Our Zerorez technician Donna was outstanding. We recently moved into a new house in which the previous owners did not take care of their carpets at all. We did not feel comfortable laying on our carpet or even walking on it without socks. Donna was just as worried about making us feel comfortable in our home as we were. She looked over every inch of our carpet and made recommendations based on the condition in each room. The entire house looks, and even smells brand new. She did an amazing job, and should we ever need our carpets cleaned again we will be calling Zerorez.

The technician arrived on time, and explained the process. He showed me some potential problem areas as the carpet is older. He told me that I need to have my ducts cleaned because of the dust. He was friendly and respectful as he wore his mask the entire time he was here. When the pandemic is over, I am getting new carpet, and plan to have Zerorez clean it annually. I will also be calling them for air duct cleaning service. I am very satisfied with the carpet clean I received.
