Fast and knowledgeable

We had our carpets cleaned the day before thanksgiving. The technition ( sorry I think his name was Tyler he did introduce himself) did a fantastic job. Very professional and quick but thorough. The entire process was so simple and easy to schedule! We liked everthing about Zeroez! The person who scheduled our cleaning was helpful and friendly. Service is fast and generally good — some stains are beyond help. The upsell is always there and the final price is always 2X the estimate but you get what you pay for.

Everything went very well. We received a courtesy call ahead of time. They were prompt and polite. The person cleaning was thorough and also respectful of our space. We would definitely recommend!
