Excellent follow up from the manager addressing our concerns. All of my questions were answered thoroughly.
To simplify it, my concerns were mostly born from being told one thing on the phone and another in my home. $200 to $600 is significant. It felt like a bait and switch. And since there is a little bit of that from the get-go (“starting at $129” is really $144) it seemed like a pattern.
But after a thorough explanation of the communication gap from the manager Rachael, I am completely confident in recommending zerorez now.
