Both air-duct & carpet cleaning technicians were very friendly and explained everything clearly. They were great. I was very happy with them.

Price wise- I liked that I received a 10% multi service discount for having both services done . However, I added the “ basic bio treatment “ for the carpets and it literally doubled my original estimate. I thought that was very expensive and I probably will not opt in to that extra service again due to the cost.

The carpets were not soaking wet and dried under 24 hours!!! The technician (Lance) was very professional, very nice and did an awesome job!!!
