Good customer service
The customer service was awesome. The two reps who came to my home were on time, very knowledgeable and efficient, vetty personable and explained everything they were doing from room to room. The price was somewhat higher than I anticipated, but the end result is beautiful.
If I were to need the services of Zerorez again, I would request the same representatives.

I liked that fact that we had a single member of staff coming through our house for the clean and that same person was responsible for the quote, the job etc.
Service was great, fewer wringles to our carpet then before, and no soap odor after the job was done.

The technician was professional and friendly. He explained what he was doing, gave options for services BUT WASN'T PUSHY! Checked with me several times to see if I had questions and answered any questions that I had. He followed COVID precautions!!!! He left no trace that he was even in my house.
Wet carpets smell. Period. I could smell the cleaner as I stepped onto my front porch. I began to worry. However, after everything dried there was NO odor detected. Which made me happy as I was no longer concerned that a fragrant chemical was used to mask odors (I have pets). The carpets FELT good on bare feet. Not sticky or matted down.
I also thought the price was fair for three rooms. I chose an add on service because of my pets.
The only thing that I found curious was the $15 water disposal fee. If the product is safe for pets and humans, then it should be able to be disposed of down a drain and could have been done at my home. However, this would not deter me from using this company again.
