Had a few technicians out to my house for cleaning, Jude, Sergio and Michael. The first technician came out and was great. Used the bio treatment and pad extraction for some biological issues. Spent about 4 hours on it, was very personable. There was some spots that didnt take to the treatment as well as others. When calling the general manager the day after she made sure to get the areas remedied asap and Sergio and Michael came out a day later to retreat. The spots were retreated and everything is great! All three technicians were great and my carpet smells a lot better.

The young men that came to clean our duct work were very personable very knowledgeable. Zerorez did a wonderful. I would dust and 10 minutes later I could dust again. It's been over 24 hours and I still dont need to dust. I would DEFINITELY recommend zerorez.
