We used Zerorez for carpet cleaning for the first time on January 15, 2021. Everything about the experience was excellent, except that the carpets were cold and damp for the better part of a full day. Otherwise, we were extremely pleased with the results. Our technician, Andrew L. was professional yet personable, explained the entire process to us ahead of time, performed the job efficiently, and was punctual. He arrived on time and finished actually 15 minutes ahead of schedule. There was a small bit of confusion regarding our billing, but the phone representative explained what we did not understand clearly. Payment online was easy and secure. I'd definitely use Zerorez again and recommend the company to others. Thanks.

They were phenomenal. Extremely through and efficient. They walked us through the entire process. Even showed me where the first company went wrong 8 years ago. We had the ducts cleaned, soot setting first, fogging, full home air purifier, lifetime air filter, and the dryer vents cleaned. They wore mask a boot covers the whole time they were in the house and were extremely friendly. Highly recommended. I will not hire anyone else to do these services, ever!
