Very quick. Arrived very soon after the start time of my appointment window and got to work very fast after going over the pricing for everything and what each service was. Freindly and respectful. Had my carpet cleaned for an odor left from my when my dog threw up. After about 4 days my wife said she could still smell it somewhat. Gave them a call and they had someone come out and clean the area thoroughly again to try to get rid of the odor. I appreciate their willingness to try to fix something if you are not happy with it.
Mike, our technician, as very efficient and did a wonderful job on our carpets. He was very nice, explained the entire process thoroughly, and got to work. Our carpets look great now. 10/10 would recommend Mike to anyone.

Carpets look so nice and clean. Andrew was our technician and he was very respectful our our home. He wore a mask to protect from the COVID virus and shoe coverings to protect our home. He explained each process before and then again when he did it. We are very satisfied with the completed job
