The gentleman who cleaned my carpet was very knowledgeable and professional. He was kind to my elderly dog. Giving him lots of rubs and a few bones. Both air-duct & carpet cleaning technicians were very friendly and explained everything clearly. They were great. I was very happy with them.

Price wise- I liked that I received a 10% multi service discount for having both services done . However, I added the “ basic bio treatment “ for the carpets and it literally doubled my original estimate. I thought that was very expensive and I probably will not opt in to that extra service again due to the cost.

I like that the carpets look sooooo much better. Many of the stains have vanished. The air vents are much cleaner and I am not coughing as much.

The employees did a great job and were very thorough. Also, they were pleasant to deal with. In fact, I thought they forgot a section of carpet and they re-cleaned the area, only to find I errored and the carpet was cleaned,but there were some stains due to high traffic.

Seth was kind, informative and easy to talk to. Job was performed quickly and work site was kept clean. The upsale items were well priced for the value.
