After we cleared out the small items in the area we wanted to be cleaned, we swept. Zero Rez did the rest, and after Tyler was done, all we had to do was wait a few hours and enjoy a clean, clean living area. Tyler gave extra care to worn areas and recommended certain paddings to help with carpeting under our runners.
He was knowledgeable about carpet problems and shared recommendations that we may use Zero Rez for in the future.

Donna was very personable and knowledgable about the products used and explained everything to us. She was extremely thorough and our carpets look AMAZING (two of the rooms and the hallway and stairs have carpet that is 17 years old. We would definitely recommend Zerorez.

Overall I was happy with the service. The technicians were great. My biggest issue was I asked if there would be any hidden fees when scheduling. I was told the only way there would be an additional fee was if I had 2 furnaces (which I do not). Day of service, the technicians said my furnace was hard to get to and charged me an additional $50. I was pretty annoyed as I’ve heard there are a lot of hidden fees and I was told there wouldn’t be.
