They didn't try to oversell products to us but gave thoughtful recommendations based on their experience and what would be best for us. The Technicians were top notch and super friendly, especially the foreman, Seth. He explained the process of cleaning our ducts step by step and shared before and after pictures that showed shocking results. It’s been 13 years and six furry animals since we last had the ducts cleaned. My wife just arrived home after a month long stay in the hospital battling Leukemia so this cleaning was essential. When I called to set up the appointment, I explained the time frame of when she’d be arriving home. Initially they didn’t have an opening in the schedule, but the agent put me on a brief hold and came back with a date and time that worked perfectly in the schedule. Everyone I dealt with from beginning to end was helpful and kind. I highly recommend this company and I will for certain hire their services again.
I use this company once a year after our holiday foot traffic. This year I used them before holiday season. They sent me Andrew and he was great! Very informative, recommended the appropriate carpet treatment for my needs, all around great experience and my carpets look and feel great!

I was impressed by the cleaning Jesse did. He got right to it after explaining what he was going to do. I had several stains that I was worried about, but they are gone. I was worried that Jesse would have trouble getting to my unit as I live in a second floor condo, but he had a solution. He parked on the side and came up through a window. I had other carpet cleaners before but they didn't do that. My cousin came over the next day and asked if I had new carpet installed. I highly recommend your company. By the way the electricity went out for a few minutes in the whole building but Jesse contiued to work from the power in the van. All I can say is WOW!

Our technician was fantastic -- he explained everything, he was prompt and courteous, and he did a tremendous job. Our carpet went from dirty and bedraggled to looking like new. He also gave us reasonable quotes for some additional work we were considering, and that we may have done in the future. I give the job and the technician a 10+++ out of 10.
