As I mentioned in a previous post, we were very happy with the results of our recent carpet cleaning. We used Zerorez last year for duct cleaning work also. Jesse was very thorough in his explanations and did an excellent job.

Scheduling was easy. Technician arrived on time with ample notice. Technician was professional and informative. Everything was super clean afterwards.

The service technician Dan, was very informative and kind to the home owner ( 94 year old man).
The service itself took care of everything needed from pet issues to years of traffic dirt.
Now that I have witnessed the carpet cleaning, I would not hesitate to use any of their other services and would recommend them to all.

John was a professional!! Very nice and told me step by step. My carpets were a night and day difference. He was fast! In and out. That guy deserves a raise for sure! Very nice and called ahead of time n showed up on time. Everyone needs workers like him.
