David M was very conscientious, showed up on time, worked very efficiently ; he was pleasant, strong and professional.The heavy work which took 2-3 days was.our moving out 85% of the furniture. Consequently except for the TV, a bulky sofa and two recliners. The carpeted area was easily accessible for him to work and using the Zerorez process the area cleaned - up very well. After it dried there remained only a couple of food stained spots, which I will work on with dish detergent solution before the furniture is moved back over the weekend.

The professional carpet cleaner was great explaining exactly what he would be doing prior to bringing on any equipment.
He was excellent even after the cleaning asking if I had any questions. Went over the areas he cleaned.
All in all the service was great and the overall cost was very reasonable.

Technician was nice. Carpets looks and smell great. They were still damp 24th a later which is slightly concerning but so far so good!

My light blue carpet which was installed years ago looked so nice after Andrew cleanrd carper. It looked like a new carpet. Was very pleased. Andrew was knowledgeable about carpet and cleaning process. I would use your company again.
