Very professional staff member who explained everything so well and was so efficient. Sure seemed like a lot of work for one person but Kevin was in and out in no time and the carpets look great, smells so much better!

Efficient worker for us
Everything was great, the technician was very nice and went over everything and gave us a great price to help us out. The carpets were completely dry the next day. There were some spots that were not seen after the carpets were cleaned but then became more noticeable again the next day, but the carpets are a lot cleaner than what they were and the high traffic areas look great.
