Zerorez offered a really quality set of services. We had our air ducts cleaned, as well as the fogging treatment and install of a whole home air purifier. So far so good... the air seems to be much better in our house. The team that came out to our house were great. They were both thorough and worked wonderfully with our two toddlers and cats curiously watching them, so we appreciate that. I highly recommend the Zerorez team!

Robert was the technician that cleaned our rugs & furniture & he did a fantastic job! He was even able to get out sticky tape residue that was left on a carpet. Robert was very friendly & thoroughly explained the process before & after cleaning of the rugs.

The technician that came to our new home did an amazing job on our carpets. The carpets are cleaner than expected and left our home with a fresh clean smell. The technician that completed the job was professional, polite, and very kind. Prior to beginning the job, the technician took the time to walk through the rooms that we were having serviced. He was able to point out areas of high traffic, small stains, and areas of wear on the carpet. Prior to starting the cleaning process, the technician politely told us that there were some areas where he couldn’t guarantee would come perfectly clean, but he would do his absolute best. After the initial walkthrough, the technician explained to us everything he would be doing. The tech took his time cleaning the requested areas and went above and beyond. My wife and I greatly appreciated the technician treating our new home like his own. He treated our furniture and belongings with extreme care as if they were his own. Halfway through the cleaning process, the tech took a moment to ask us how things were looking and how we were liking the job he was doing (we very much appreciate that). Upon completion of the job, the tech took us through each room he cleaned to inspect and discuss and positives or issues we may/would have had.
