I like the variety of classes offered at CPY. I started off with sculpt for a year and I'm finally venturing out to different classes like C1 and HPF. Great instructors as well. And clean facilities!

I would like to see earlier classes offered at ward. Some people need to leave early to go to work and this can be disruptive to everyone else's yoga practice. Offering a 5:30 am class would give these yogis an opportunity to practice and still get to work on time. It would be nice if HPF would be offered as one of the first 3 classes a couple of times a week- currently just C2 or sculpt daily at these times. Overall I would rate it 5 stars-it's a top notch operation with friendly, positive instructors!

There are so many things!!! First is the friendliness that you encounter when you enter a very clean and inviting space. Today I took my 3rd Core 1 Class & each day I had a different teacher. Each of them were encouraging and helpful, a major plus when you are a beginner like myself. I leave class feeling refreshed, re-energized, and super happy!!! I'm addicted to the mindset and the stretch!

I love the diversity of yoga instructors that are offered at the Ward (and Kahala) location(s). Each instructor brings their own "flavor" to the CPY 'Ohana and it's so exciting!

The yoga classes are not the typical classes that I have been too. The heated rooms and the weights make the classes different.
