There are many so many classes daily, there is always something that fits your schedule. The facilities are clean and kept up well, it's easy to work out, shower, change, and head to your next activity.
I like the intensity of the CorePower sculpt session. A good balance between weights, cardio, plyo, etc.
It's assessable and I just feel so rejuvenated after each class.

Friendly and welcoming instructors
I like how there are so many classes throughout the day so I can squeeze them in before or after work. And the showers! I love the showers, that they are clean and there are ample. That way, I don't have to go home to shower before heading into work.
