Excellent and consistent yoga classes !

I like the instructors for the classes. Most are very upbeat and helpful. Always attentive and giving suggestions for adjustments. I like the foundation this CPY represents, every class starts similarly, reminding me its about growing myself from where I am, not about where anyone else is in the class.

The teachers are attentive, friendly, and know what they're doing. The studios are clean. The services (like showers) are great.

The facility was very clean. The staff was friendly. I really like the showers with soap, shampoo, and conditioners provided.

For me, CorePower is very new, nice clean. The 2nd instructor, Alex, explain the moves in great detail, help center my mind, corrected my body when needed. His voice was loud and clear. I had a great experience.
