I like the range of class times I can choose from. I also really enjoy the teaching staff. Most of the instructors are clear in their directions (for poses/exercises) and friendly outside of class.

Love the sculpt class

I've never done yoga before and my friends introduced me to corepower yoga at ward; I instantly fell in love with it. I love how we work on our breathing, core, strength, poses, techniques, and just relaxing while working on ourselves. I love how the instructors are very friendly and how they help us to better our techniques. I like how they incorporate exercising into yoga; it gives me a workout while find balance within myself. Lastly, I like how we can take what we worked on outside of the mat. After I do yoga, I feel more relaxed, my body feels stronger, and I just feel so much better about my life.

Great location. You don't have to worry about parking. The staff and teachers are very friendly and the locker rooms are great!

I really like the variety of products you offer and the discount you provide for black tag members. I miss some of the instructors from the Kahala studio! The times that I were able to take from Kahala, I can't make their schedule at the ward location :(
