The instructors are awesome! They concentrate on form, are motivating, and it's apparent that they love what they do! I love that every time I go, the routines are different. I don't get bored of doing the same thing every week. And, I really enjoy being able to go to traditional yoga one day and sculpt another. I like the combo of yoga, weights and cardio!

Love the different class levels and variety of times classes are offered. Instructors are knowledgeable and very helpful. Love the Ward facility and yoga room size!

I love that there's the second studio -- between Kahala and Ward I always feel like there are a variety of classes I can make every day and I love that.

I am a fan of the hot Yoga Sculpt class, it's a great way to get in shape, lose weight, and meet people, and there's an opportunity to learn how to be an instructor too!

All of the instructors are friendly and fantastic! Their style of guidance is similar which is wonderful to have consistency.

Love the convenience of being able to shower and get ready in the mornings after yoga. Great, clean facilities. Small improvement- maybe put online next to teacher's name if he/she is new. There was a new teacher who didn't disclose she was new in the beginning of class and I felt really negative vibes the entire class (i.e. this is too easy, this isn't a workout).
