Like that it is a specialty group. Started with Dr. Young and he's my favorite. Saw someone else there I did not like when Dr. Young was out injured. Only surgeon I've had who is personable. Gave my requested injection w/o asking for yet another MRI. I anticipate 2 knee and one shoulder replacement before it's over with this group.

I thought everyone I dealt with was very kind. I went to the wrong location. I did wait over 1/2 hour to speak to anyone but they were sooooooooooo busy. I actually felt sorry for them and once they did get to me they were very kind and went out of their way to direct me and help me out. Once I got to my appt. 15 miles away they still took care of me. Phone calls arrived before I left the grounds to start scheduling procedures that I needed. The only thing is that in the texting for appointments I would add the actual address- especially for new patients. Building 3 and South meant nothing to me as a first time patient. Other than when I asked someone working at Marco where building 3 was she was as confused as me. I understand now though. LOL

JOI will always be my go to for orthopedic evaluation and treatment. Dr Keller explained things to me and then gave me short term plans. Those plans consisted of testing so that long term treatment could be determined.
My mother in law is 91 ( the patient) The dr was kind and real, rare in this world of hustle bustle! I can tell you she went back to her independent living and talked about this wonderful Dr as if she had just meet a superstar!
