We’ve always gotten the best care here. ALWAYS. The Doctors take care of you as if family. My husband and I have unfortunately have had multiple orthopedic surgeries, which Dr. Picerno corrected beautifully for both of us. Support staff coordinate with the patient and each other to ensure your appointment goes smoothly and without undue wait times.

Friendly and timey
Best doctors once you get in what I don’t like is trying to get through for an appointment when you have a referral. Takes forever and when you call you are on hold with the call center for 20 to 30 minutes. It took me 6 weeks to get an appointment with a knee doctor when I was in terrible pain know it was the end of the year once I got in loved the doctor and he was very accommodating and apologetic! Go there for the quality of doctors and service.
The providers I saw genuinely show compassion and understanding in taking care of me.

Took a while to check in initially but once they had more registration folks it was smooth sailing!! Great text prior to arrival giving info on where to park and pre- registration which made actual check in fast.
Once in to see the doc it moved forward and just the right amount of time moving the process along. Paperwork and future appointments set up and out the door.

Dr. Von Thron thoroughly explained what he saw in the X-rays and helped me understand the diagnosis.
Dr. Von Thron was awesome! He took the time out of his busy day to speak to me on the phone about my mother. He also arranged her surgery so that we didn't have to make extra trips to his office. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Dr Bahshali is the best doctor around. He takes the time to inform you as to what he is doing and explains what test he is going to do and explains the results. He is without question the best of the best. He replaced my right shoulder and both my knees. His bedside manner is consistent to his office visit.
