Everything but the need to fill out repetitive health history forms. Advance log in to accomplish this didn't work. Otherwise. Efficient staff, minimal waiting and I have confidence that Dr Whitaker knows what he's doing.

Registration was efficient: Although the registration line was long, it moved quickly. Registration representatives were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Provider was confident, considerate and professional. He suggested alternatives to resolving my issue other than surgery which was quite different from the other providers I had seen.

The staff at JOI went out of their way to accommodate my needs after an error with scheduling of my appointment. Additionally Dr. Gould and his staff were extremely professional and caring. I couldn't ask for better treatment or care!!
