In spite of the restrictions imposed by covid my visit was prompt and efficient.
Doctors are excellent. The appointment makers are helpful but the process needs to be tweaked. Typically, one is on hold for 10-15 minutes. I made an appointment but I had to call back on the same number, wait again, before I could get put on a list for cancellations. The second person told me that only some of the appointment makers have the capability to add one to a cancellation list. Thanks - Phone number removed

I like all of the doctors that I have seen, they are extremely knowledgeable and get to the point. They include their patients in decisions regarding the issue. The support staff is caring and supportive. I have been with three docs there and two have done surgery. I always feel cared for and confident after every appointment.
