It was so wonderful to meet a doctor like Dr. Carlos Tandron on my first visit to JOI. PTL. He was so patient and kind and provided outstanding medical care, during my visit. His demeanor is rare and we need more doctors like him. He is like the doctors from my past and I want to "Thank" him from my heart. It was so very refreshing, to actually experience medical professionalism in our world today. So sad, our healthcare system has changed drastically in the past few years.
