Getting an appointment quickly was very helpful. The x-ray availability in the JOI office is very convenient. I also like the doctors who I've seen (3 different ones), the technicians as well as the front desk are very efficient and working hard during these difficult times.

Don’t like the long wait on the phone to book appointments
On time, upon assessment, shared diagnosis with me and treated my hip. All staff introduced themselves and what they would be doing. I have already noticed some relief. Very professional. I was in and out in 15 minutes including Xray.

The level of and ease communication. They talk with you, not at you and if you have questions they take the time to explain things to you. if you have concerns or issue they help to address them.

Once appointment is made medical staff are thorough and care about the patient’s progress. Makes patient want to come to appointments because problems will be fully addressed.
On the other side, appointment scheduling is ridiculously time consuming. Schedulers are great. It is just the waiting time to reach them.
