Dr. Martin and the X-ray technician were very kind and listened.
Doctor I saw listened to me and explained everything to me so I could understand. Check in was easy, checking out, the young lady was not very personable, almost as if I was bothering her when I asked a question about getting a copy of my xray, saying, "you won't get it today", I'll avoid her on my return visit. Other than that, great and helpful staff.

They are friendly and move the people along very well and fast. This was my first experience with Dr Keller and I liked him win a few minutes. He took is time listening to me and explaining my options on possible ways to fix the problem.
While I was happy with the result of my visit, it took over a month to get an appointment. Then, three hours before my scheduled visit, Dr. Snyder's office called and cancelled my appointment, saying that the doctor was not seeing visitors that afternoon. They tried to reschedule me with him two weeks later, but because I needed to see someone sooner, they transferred me to the reservation line, where I waited for 20 minutes before someone could reschedule me with another doctor.
