I like Dr. Kitay. He is responsive and effective in his treatments. I have had bad experiences with JOI in the past, but only good ones with him.
Also, you have reduced your patient wait time. In the past (20 years ago or more) I would routinely wait two hours after the appointment time to see the physician. Now it's substantially less than one hour.
And the onsite x-ray facility works very efficiently, and the tech is friendly and helpful.

I recently had an appointment to see Dr. John Von Tron at Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute and was surprised by two things. First, my appointment was for 11:20 A.M. I arrived at 11:15, signed in and then sat down to read a book I'd brought with me. Seven minutes later my name was called and I was escorted to a room where I was to be examined. This meant my visit was within two minutes of my scheduled time. Jeez Louise. That's about as timely as the German train service! Second, once in the room where I was to be examined I reopened my book and had not completed reading one page when a Von Tron assistant materialized and whisked me off for an X-Ray. Once it was taken I was returned to my examination room and again I picked up my book. I shouldn't have bothered. Within seconds Dr. Von Tron was in the room and the examination began. Now for a third thing which was not a surprise - Von Tron IS a prize. He's knowledgeable, cordial, and caring. When you're with him you're quite content to be in his capable hands. Name removed

Nice facility, convenient location, considerate and helpful administrative staff . The medical technicians were knowledgeable and efficient with their assigned efforts on my behalf. Dr. Keller was sympathetic of my condition but cautioned me that the X-rays indicated my condition was probably age related and not optimally correctable through surgical intervention. He referred me to physical therapy and follow up visits but suggested I contact him at once if my pain returned severely and he would schedule me for a CAT scan to more definitively diagnose the cause of my pain.
