The entire process has been very smooth, from making appointments to the actual physical therapy. And my therapist is wonderful. She has helped guide me through treatment and provided information to help me understand how I will eventually regain use of my arm.
I have used JOI for several problems, and I have never had a doctor I would not recommend. Dr. Tandron has completed 8 knee replacements in my family, so that alone should speak volumes as to how much he is liked and respected.
From the minute you enter reception every single person is friendly, attentive and caring all the way to the exit. Highly unusual but very welcoming. It's apparent the staff enjoy where they work.
