There was a lot to like during my visit at JOI Beach. I drove almost 50 miles to see Dr. Bohsali about my injured and painful shoulder. I got an appointment the same week that I called. The wait time in the office was short. Colleen was friendly and informative. Dr. Bohsali was the best. He looked at my reports, assured me that my shoulder was not as bad as I was lead to believe and he would be able to relieve my pain with an injection. All my questions were answered and I felt so much confidence in my doctor and his assistant. Totally worth the 100 mile round trip. Thank you so much for your concern, help and knowledge! Wonderful experience from beginning to end.

HANDICAP SHOULD BE ENTIRELY IN FRONT OF BUIDLING AND NOT BE REQUIRED TO WALK FROM THE PARKING GARAGE OR FROM THE LOT ACROSS THE STREET DUE TO NOT ENOUGH HANDICAP SPOTS WHERE NEEDED MOST. WALKING DISABILITIES, ie: MUSCULAR CONDITIONS, R.A / OTHER BONE ISSUES. THAT MAY REQUIRE THE USE OF WALKERS, WHEEL CHAIRS, CRUTCHES/ CANES, ETC.
NOT EVERYONE HAS THE ABILITY TO WALK THAT DISTANCE AND SOME HAVE TO DRIVE IN ALONE, AND THEN WALK THAT DISTANCE.TO MAKE THEIR APPOINTMENTS.
THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY. !!!
WHILE THERE THIS PAST WEEK, I WITNESSED AND ELDERLY GENTLEMAN STRUGGLING TO GET ACROSS TO THE BUILDING FROM THE GARAGE. IT WAS PAINFUL TO WATCH.
NON- HANDICAP SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE PARKING GARAGE OR THE LOT ACROSS THE STREET.
UNDERSTANDABLY EMERGENCY VEHILCES NEED TO USE THAT LOT FOR DROP OFF(S) IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING.

I had no problem getting an appointment. Filling out the paperwork online was a big help. I had very little wait time. Dr. Kitay was thorough, and listened well.
