All of the staff was very courteous and friendly. They explained in detail my diagnosis and treatment. I already had an x-ray and MRI, so the doctor could give me a steroid shot that same day! Some doctors make you schedule another appointment for treatment.
I was very impressed by Dr. Jennifer Madden and Heather and Lauren in rehab who made my braces. Actually, every one I had contact with at JOI was very personable, friendly and professional!
