I was actually going to cancel my appointment because, when I called to try and get the digital forms the young lady was so rude and unprofessional…
I explained to her that I made appointment
But I never got an email for the digital forms
And she said because you didn’t give us your email,,, I said I did buts it’s okay .. and I told her I made patient portal could she send them .., it doesn’t work like that … I need your email and you will get the forms after 3pm … no forms ever came …
But when I went to my appointment they were amazing very friendly and professional I was quite impressed…

Fast and friendly staff at all levels
Would recommend Dr. Gould. He gets high marks. But the administrative aspects of JOI and Baptist Health leaves a great deal to be desired.
Thought I made first appointment online but when I arrived the appointment was not on the books. Did it a second time and it worked. After receiving several email to do online check-in I acquiesced, took the time and completed ALL the forms, including the long list of Rx medications. Upon arrival the day of the appointment I was handed a clipboard and then a tablet to complete the same forms I had done online. I was told the forms were not in my file. Very frustrating.
What is incomprehensible is that in 2022, with the available technology, that my Baptist Health medical records are not available to ALL Baptist Health doctors, e.g. Primary Care, Cardiology, JOI, Neurology, etc.
The dr explained my problem in a way I totally understood very nice people
Easy to schedule and they were ready for me quickly.
Not to mention all the staff is amazing, especially Dr Pujadas, the X-Ray tech and his Nurse.
The wait time was minimal and the staff made you feel welcome
I like the way the therapist took time and really was attentive to my needs
