Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Wait time is limited. Dr. Kitay is an expert in his field. Gave me options on what types of treatment I wanted. Once, surgery was my decision, he told me everything to expect step by step. I feel confident this is the right decision .
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Wait time of service was very short. Dr. Kaplan was extremely professional when explaining my injury, which made it easy for me to understand answers to questions I had. He was very nice, reassuring and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.
Only when I got to the exam room n met with the doctor and X-rays staff. The waiting was to long and it took me two visits to get in. My first visit was a 2hr wait. So I had to reschedule. Very friendly staff.

I have a great orthopedist, Dr Whitaker, plus the staff are friendly, responsive and helpful. I have had several procedures all with great results.
I needed some help and some answers for several orthopedic problems and I have had over the years. Dr. Smith and his staff were able to address them all. He took care of my immediate problems and was also able to address issues that I needed follow up care on. His office was also able to recommend other doctors that addressed issues that I have that he doesn't treat. And by the way my knee is doing much better after the injection I received from him.

There Was a very friendly check in. The wait time was reasonable and short. The doctors were done with your bowl and able to Xpress my conditions to me in Laymans terms. Everything was friendly and easy.
