Very efficient at checking in and professional. This was my first visit and I was impressed with the amount of information and the explanations of the exam.
The whole process from check-in process, initial evaluation, x-ray and to exam with the doctor was very well organize.
I appreciated the opportunity to complete the "paper work" on-line and prior to my appointment.
Online in-advance check-in is great! Very professional staff and the doctors are outstanding. One minor thing happened that I would mention. At the check-out desk I attempted to disinfect my hands with a pump hand sanitizer. It malfunctioned and shot that alcohol-based goo into my face and hair. Thank GOD I was wearing glasses so my eyes were spared. The person behind the desk was aware of what happened and was totally complacent. I received some assistance and great concern from another patient who was in line behind me. In retrospect I should have handed the bottle to her for replacement, but I was kinda shocked at her "meh" attitude. No harm done, so I wouldn't detract from my rating of 10 for JOI. Just maybe have someone go around checking those pump bottles from time to time.
