Dr, freeman is very good at what he does and easy to get along with. He listens to you and makes you believe that he cares. He has done two procedures on me in the last few months (left hip replacement in July 2024 and repaired a "badly" torn rotator cuff in Jan 2025). He is now preparing to replace my right hip (as soon as they can get it scheduled). I believe in him and would not want anyone else working on me. I am a high school athletic coach and have recommended him to other coaches, athletes and friends. Also, Emily Barton in the JOI rehab department has seen me through the rehab of BOTH injuries and was great in doing so. She was very knowledgeable and tough on me, pushing me to get the best out of me. She knew what she was doing in each case. I believed in her and tried to make sure that I scheduled her for each session, even if I had to get up and call the scheduler at 6 AM every other Monday (to make sure that I could get her). My only regret is that Emily is leaving JOI, so I won't be able to have her rehab my right hip after surgery. If she were going to another rehab center in this area, I would certainly follow her if possible. She is that good !!
JOI is run quite efficiently with very caring, highly qualified healthcare professionals. Dr. Keller is obviously devoted to his patients' wellbeing.
