Really loved Dr. Hastings. He diagnosed the issue with my hip in about 2 seconds, explained what was going on and gave me an option of getting an injection in my hip. Very painless procedure. Already feels much improved! Sleeping on my side again and no more pain. His office team was very welcoming, polite and caring. And there was no long wait in the reception room. I was in and out in probably 15-20 minutes tops; with the injection. I would highly recommend this practice!
I like my doctor very much. Did have trouble with a referral. Took 2 months, 14 phone calls, one to your referral team that never called me back and 3 patient portal emails before anyone actually called me back. So, JOI kind of sucks. I would refer anyone to my doctor though.

Dr. Tandron and his staff was excellent, engaging, professional, and most intentional about listening to the patient and seeking solutions. The office respected my time and every aspect of the appointment was timely and with minimal wait time between diagnosis to X-ray to seeing Dr. Tandron for treatment.

Excellent Doctors, very caring. I began to go to JOI with spine injury. I was in pain management with Doctor Doward. He was instrumental with helping me with extreme pain. I already had a spine fusion but with another serious back injury, I suffered again with extreme low back pain. I was able to keep my job longer than I expected and he got me through tough days at work. Unfortunately after a while he said I had to have the fusion surgery. I have been able to see these wonderful doctors for my injuries and even had a bicep repair and shoulder surgery with Dr Pujadas. I have recovered well. I have been treated for Arthritis on my foot and ankle, my knee and hips. Dr. Pujadas and Doug have addressed my left knee pain issues. Bursitis, a torn meniscus and Baker's Cyst on my left knee and their response for getting me in to appointments for care has been immediate. I am very happy with the JOI doctors I have seen thus far.
