Mostly the expertise. You have fixed two shoulders(rotator cuff surgery,Dr. Kaplan) and various other fixes. Then secondly you can always get to see you within two weeks or less. Finally you are extremely courteous and amazingly close to on time for appointments.

I have been a patient for years with two hip operaciones. I had fallen recently and I wanted to make sure that I did not damage anything. Fortunately when I called for an appointment I was able to see the Dr. and get xrays the same day! Thank you!
