Impreseed with the office staff Especially Lora who was my POC and helped me through the hurdles my insurance company made me jump through. Elizabeth my PA was very well versed in my procedure and answered all my questions. Dr Kembeck, my surgeon did a fantastic job on my back and it actually came out better than I expected. Liked this office so much I am currently seeing Dr Bell to do a L knee replacement this Nov. Will also look into having my L shoulder looked at. May draw the line there for now….. only time will see.

Dr Perry was was very nice and very approachable. The wait was long, but he was apologetic and explained that one of his patients has an emergency… I understand this. He also laid out a plan that seemed very reasonable, and gave me time to ask questions. Very friendly and likable physician! I like him already!

Everyone after you get past the front desk is very helpful and genuine. Doc took his time explaining everything and answering questions despite already being behind schedule on the day, nurses/assistants were all very friendly and helpful both physically and with explaining things, financial counselor is on your side, genuinely there to help you as the patient. I was frustrated coming in with a broken ankle where parking was not available close by, there is a ton of commotion at the front desk, and wasn’t the most welcoming place to come in to, but once I got in my appointment I was extremely pleased with how helpful and thorough everyone was. Probably the best dr visit I’ve ever had in that regard.

You worked me in on short notice after an arm/wrist injury necessitated an ER visit last Friday, 8/19. I was frantic to be seen. My husband is disabled, and my arm is broken. What a relief for Dr. Smith to confirm my "bones are aligned" and no surgery is required! See you Wednesday, 8/31 at 10am for my follow-up visit. Thank you, everyone, for your timely, kind and highly professional help!
