I am a returning patient of Dr. Whitaker. This visit was concerning my left hip rather than my left knee that he has treated me for in the past. I had just completed ten sessions of physical therapy at Brooks Rehabilitation. The therapist was very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, even with her attention and exercises, it failed to improve or lessen my pain. I contacted Dr. Whitaker's office and made an appointment. The medical assistant took an xray of my left side. Dr. Whitaker explained that it was not a bone issue but bursae muscle. He prescribed a medication and gave me an injection of a steroid. I have not felt this well in many months. Dr. Whitaker once again helped me with a problem. I will begin physical therapy at Brooks soon. Hopefully this will be my last schedule of sessions.

Very professional and easy to understand explanations and instructions. Just love Dr. Bruce Steinberg. He fixed my frozen shoulder years ago, and now it looks like he has fixed my elbow pain!! Great staff also.
