The online portal is nice for updating records, and when speaking with the PA, she was very informative about the treatment that would be provided for my grandmother. The office made 5 phone calls in regards to my grandma, whom was transported via ALF and Medicaid. The staff seemed a bit flustered about the information. Is there any way in the future we can help reduce this work for the staff? I just wanted to provide that feedback as there may be a way to reduce that down to two with your online portal.

As you know, I'm sure, my file must have gotten out of order. I waited 1 1/2 hours and then a friend whose appt was scheduled 20 mins after mine got in before me. Within 10 mins we got it figured out and I got in and seen quickly at that point. It worked out but it was weird. There was someone behind the desk who swooped in and made things happen. Please thank her!

From the moment I walked into JOI for my appointment until the moment I left it was an absolutely pleasant experience. The entire JOI staff, from the front desk, Dr Bell's staff, and the x-ray technicians were very professional and attentuve. Dr. Bell was incredible. He explained everything very well, was definitely focused on me as a patient, and left me feeling that I was in the best of medical care. Thank you Dr, Bell, Christian, and the entire JOI staff! Good Doctors and assistants who aren't in a hurry and listen to you.
Everyone there was wonderful to me, and not just because my husband is a nurse anesthesiologist there. Dr. Perry and his staff were all amazing.

Excellent service from everyone
Everyone was very polite from the front desk to the doctor. The doctor made sure i understood what i needed to do to get better. He made sure i understood what was going on in my body. And if i didn't, it helped me understand it in simpler terms.
I would have to warn them that the wait is really long past your appointment.
